In 2001 we started a Design & Build company - Ramer Contracting. This allowed me to design and actually build what I was designing. In doing so it allowed me to develop my skill-set for design and I began to shift solely to focus on the design and consulting of construction projects for my clients. 1986 - 2001 I was a carpenter (mostly self-employed) working on a wide variety of building projects across Ontario.

When I'm not working on my clients projects I enjoy sailing, fly fishing, spending time with family and friends.
